Another "Happy New Year"!  I hope you all had a safe and joyous holiday season!  O.K., enough of that.  It's time to get busy. 

No matter when your fiscal year begins, everyone is doing so much from Thanksgiving on, it's hard to concentrate.  We, like many companies, take much of that time and work on planning the next year.

And planning we did!  I tell our clients all of the time that they, you, are the architects of our programs.  Our design team has discovered solutions from interviews, feedback and questions from our clients.  We have heard what you need, and learned what you were missing.  And we have tailored programs that fit.

So, I heard about the services of one of our competitors with an accompanying insinuation that their product was better than ours.  I know, right?  So, I look at this offering.  Better?  Better?!!  BETTER?  Yes, my voice pitch got higher and louder with every 'better'.  

Cheaper?  Definitely.  Different?  Yes; very different, in fact.  But better?  My first thought was, "yeah, it's better if you are buying a Chevy.  But, we sell..." Then I stopped myself.
