Greetings!

It's here!  The first day of spring arrived March 20th.   We've already changed the clocks, the days are getting longer, the weather has been getting warmer and trees and plants are starting to bloom.

Are you ready to start planning your evening or weekend events?  Kardon Events has organized many functions on the patio, and can also put something together for you.  It may still be a bit early to open up the pool, but a few highboys around the patio or lawn make a great setting.

Invite a few of your close friends to bring in the season.  It's always a good idea to include some of the neighbors.  As  the day turns to evening, enjoy conversation under the stars.  With any outdoor event, there needs to be alternatives should it rain.  We can help you arrange your home so that it is still inviting, yet functional.

Rather than running around checking food and drink levels and picking up cups and plates, let our Event Manager or one of our servers handle the essentials so that you can relax and entertain your guests.  Once your guests have departed you can put your feet up or retire for the night without needing to pick up behind them.

Remember, no matter how large or small your event may be, having a planner handle the details makes all the difference in the world; or so we've been told.  And your guests will rave about the time they enjoyed with you.  Contact Us to schedule your complimentary consultation before the season gets away from you.

2012 Allie Award Nomination
Kardon Events has been nominated for a a 2012 "Fifty on Ice" Allie Award.  Being appointed the 2011 Event Management position for Fenuxe Magazines, Kardon worked with the magazine's executive staff to put on their widely talked about and anticipated events last year.  The many facets the Ice Party presented in itself qualified Kardon Events for the "Logistical Achievement in Planning" category.  More about the Award...
Did You Know...
...that, according to listserve.com , tradition dictated when you should arrive, and leave, a party.   'In the olden days it was rude to arrive late. There was no such thing as being "fashionably late".  Lateness was rudeness - always.  In most houses, if you were invited to dinner and turned up 15 minutes late, you would end up... what, or where?
From Simple to...
At Kardon Events, we have arranged all sorts of gatherings.  At times (well, most times), people are concerned about cost, a bit nervous about what they will spend.  But, when we say 'from simple to spectacular', we actually mean it.

We just took care of an intimate affair.  It was a small reception of 15 for a local political figure.  The client who planned the event was more than nervous.  It was the first thing she tried at a company where she'd only been employed for a little over a year.  A lot was riding on the event's success.  How did she do...
