Nia's Place Has a New Look!

Nia' Place, WRCDV's supervised visitation and exchange center, provides supervised visitation and supervised exchange of children for families affected by domestic violence. At Nia's Place, visiting parents can spend time with their child(ren) that is peaceful and enjoyable. Custodial parents can rest assured that they will not come into contact with the other parent at any time and that their children will remain safe.

Nia's Place recently got a new look through a revamped website. We hope you will visit www.niasvisitation.org to learn more about this valuable service and how you can help!

Adventures on Spring Break

Spring Break is always an adventure for the children staying in our safehouse and this year was no exception.

The kids went on a scavenger hunt, ate lots of pizza, jumped at Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park, beautified a garden for a service project, played at the park, painted pottery, climbed Stone Mountain and attended the Atlanta Dogwood Festival. After seeing the kids climb Stone Mountain, a generous stranger bought them all ice cream! And at least one mother came on every trip to spend quality time with the children. It was a great week all around!
