Brand culture - or your company personality - is important to your corporate identity, and something that oftentimes requires an investment of time and dollars in order to gain the authentic support of the entire company. However, when done well, it can have great impact on the success of a company, from differentiating you from competitors to enticing new hires of quality. Tips & Tricks: Is That a Shark in Your Pocket?
Lugging around a laptop for presentations is so last century. With data-sharing sites like Dropbox, digital files can easily be accessed remotely. And with SlideShark, an app that allows you to view and share presentations from your iPad or iPhone, you can literally carry it around in your pocket. Once a presentation is downloaded, it's shown without an internet connection, either from your mobile device directly or by connecting it to a projector. You know how we love our 3 easy steps!
- Upload a PowerPoint file to your free, secure account, registering it from the mobile app directly or via website: slideshark.com
- Use the SlideShark app (download for free) on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch to download and view presentation.
- Share the presentation online or by email, tracking viewing results for on-demand views.
Some features may currently not be supported, like hyperlinks on slides, embedded video and audio or some slide transitions. However, your finger can become a laser pointer and there's even a looping mode for tradeshows. Too cool.

Girls on the Go!
BBR Creative recently launched a new Social Media and PR campaign for Girl Scouts of Louisiana, Pines to the Gulf Council. This organization serves Girl Scouts in 42 parishes west of the Mississippi. "Eddie!" "Eddie!" "Eeeeeddddieeeee!" His name reverberates through the halls of BBR, as Eddie is always in demand as office superhero. Whether it's fixing a computer, working on production for a web project, or even capturing a raccoon, Eddie's patient and polite demeanor always diffuses tense moments of glitches, technical ineptitude or animal run-ins. His deep, easy laugh reassures the office on a daily basis that yes, everything is going to be okay; nothing (not even snakes!) will harm us -- or our files -- on his watch.
