The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) accepts proposals for mural funding monthly! Applications are due on the first Wednesday of every month. The City of Portland has undeveloped right-of-ways (ROWs) in many parts of the city that some residents are interested in turning into urban trails. PBOT is in the midst of putting together an easy-to-follow process that would explain how community groups could propose, permit, build, and maintain trails - the Community-Initiated Neighborhood Trails Process!
