The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) accepts proposals for mural funding monthly! Applications are due on the first Wednesday of every month. The Public Art Murals Program provides up to $15,000 in matching funds for murals that are diverse in style and media. Neighborhood associations, community groups, and others are all eligible to apply. To find out about the requirements or for more details: Read More.

Are you Near an Unimproved ROW?

The City of Portland has undeveloped right-of-ways (ROWs) in many parts of the city that some residents are interested in turning into urban trails. PBOT is in the midst of putting together an easy-to-follow process that would explain how community groups could propose, permit, build, and maintain trails - the Community-Initiated Neighborhood Trails Process! Please check out the DRAFT process here and send comments/feedback to trails@portlandoregon.gov, or attend one of our community meetings
