Environmental Services Soliciting Green Street Applications
The % for Green program is currently soliciting applications for green street construction.  The deadline is November 1st.

This is funding for projects that manage stormwater from the right-of-way. Projects might include an early action project in a neighborhood where you are planning for future green streets, neighborhood improvements, or other bike and pedestrian safety projects. Qualifying projects must have the appropriate licensed professionals on the team to see the project through project management, design, public works permitting, bidding and construction.  Right-of-way design and construction is not appropriate for volunteers without this level of expertise. To discuss your project or find information about the program requirements, evaluation criteria and the application please visit: http://www.portlandoregon.gov/BES/percentforgreen.
