Greetings from CUW!
A Sprint to the Finish.
With the outdoor temperature continuing to drop, the hallways of CUW are kept plenty warm thanks to the rapid movement of students, faculty, and staff as everyone sprints towards the end of the semester.
While December is always a busy time for the CUW community, it is also a time for all of us to pause and reflect. At Concordia, the entire campus community paused for the ever-popular Christmas at Concordia concert this past weekend. This annual tradition fills the Chapel of Christ Triumphant with sounds of joy and praise. It was great to welcome alumni back for this event as we celebrated the birth of Jesus together while enjoying the musical talents of Concordia students.
This week, all students and faculty have resumed sprint-mode as five days of final exams wrap up the semester, with Commencement for December graduates on Saturday. All non-graduating students will spend most of this week between exams packing up all necessary belongings to head home for winter break. It truly is a sprint to the finish.
With the rapid pace of our lives, we invite you to pause along with the CUW community as we take time to celebrate the birth of our Savior.
Merry Christmas!
