July 20 - 28.  Cecil County FairMasters of the Chainsaw - a limited group of the nation's top professional chainsaw sculptors, 

K9's in Flight - featuring up to 6 world class K9 Atheletes, Hogway Speedway - specially bred and trained fleet footed racing pigs, Rodeo, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding ...plus music, food and more entertainment!  Fair Hill Fairgrounds. More info.  

  

July 23 - 29.   Somerset County Fair. Old-fashioned county fair, with livestock exhibits, farm tractors, kid's activities, Miss Fair Queen contest, Food and Concessions. Civic Center, Princess Anne, Maryland. More info.

 

July 27 - August 5.  Baltimore Restaurant Week. Participating restaurants offer special three-course prix-fixe dinner menus for $30.12 and $20.12. Plus, some restaurants will offer two-course lunch menus for $15.12.  More info.  Baltimore, MD.

 

July 27.   AT&T Finale Fridays.  Free concert by The Deloreans at TowneBank Fountain Park.  Norfolk, VA.  More info.

July 28.  Free Movie on the Beach.  Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.  North Beach, MD.  At dusk. 

    

July 28 - 29.  Cambridge Classic Powerboat Regatta.  Hydroplane and flat-bottom boat racing on the Choptank.  More info.  Cambridge, MD.   

  

July 28.  Chesapeake Folk Festival.  Celebrate the Bay's people, food, music, work and traditions.  Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum.  More Info. St. Michaels, MD.

  

July 28.  Thomas Point Lighthouse ToursVisit the Bay's most famous lighthouse.  Space is limited, so book early.  Annapolis Maritime Museum, Annapolis, MD.  9:00am, Noon, 3:00pm.  More info.      

 

July 29.  Shakespeare on the Waterfront: The Complete Works of Shakespeare (Abridged).  Come out to the Concord Point Lighthouse lawn to see an entertaining parody of Shakespeare tales presented by The Olney Theatre - National Players.  5:00pm.  Bring a lawn chairs, blanket & picnic.  Free.  More info.  Havre de Grace, MD.

 

July 29.  Big Bands On the Bay.  Free big band concert at the Ocean View Beach Park Gazebo.  Norfolk, VA. 7:00pm - 9:00pm.  More info.

August 3, 2012.  Annapolis Rotary Crab Feast.  Annual all you can eat and drink feast with crabs, Maryland vegetable crab soup, sweet Maryland corn on the cob, beef barbeque sandwiches, hot dogs, draft beer, soda, and water. 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Held at the U.S. Navy-Marine Corps Stadium. More info.  Annapolis, MD.  

  

August 10 -12, 2012.  Havre de Grace Seafood Festival.  Celebrating it's 30th year, this festival features lots of seafood, crafts, vendors, and entertainment.  Tydings Memorial Park, Havre de Grace, MDMore info.

  

August 10-12, 2012.  Hampton Cup Regatta.  The oldest continuously run hydroplane race in the country.  Nine classes of hydroplane racing. Food, music and festivities on shore.  Hampton, VA More info.  

 

August 16, 2012.  Annapolis Art Walk.  Over 20 galleries downtown host new art exhibits and feature working artists. 5:00pm to 9:00pm.  More info.   Annapolis, MD.

 

August 30 - September 2, 2012.  National Hard Crab Derby.  Crisfield's famous annual event with crab races, crab picking and boat docking contests, food, entertainment, a parade, and fireworks.  More infoCrisfield MD
