NEXT EVENT    THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH     8 PM - 9:30 PM EST
Dr. Gary GruberThis will be an online video hangout on Google+ instead of a teleconference.

With our gut health being the core of our immune system, the topic of intestinal health (with focus on irritable bowel syndrome) is essential for anyone dealing with Chronic Lyme and co-infections. Dr. Gruber is returning as our guest speaker to make an online presentation on this important topic and will also be answering questions from participants. Participants will not be on camera but will be viewing the webinar on their computers, and will be able to post questions for Dr. Gruber on the screen.

Dr. Gary Gruber is a professor of Environmental Medicine at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine.  A licensed Naturopathic Physician and practitioner, he is recognized as Fairfield County's leading voice in Environmental Medicine.

OUR FIRST RETREAT
The retreat was the most wonderful gathering. Over the course of 3 days we moved through a variety of spaces together, exploring the essence of who we are, noticing where we block our natural self expression, letting defenses down and bringing love forward into our primary experience. It was a time of community, family  and friendship, and was profoundly moving.

To all the participants, thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming together with open hearts and such extraordinary generosity. I feel incredibly blessed to have spent these days with you!

My deepest thanks to Jenna Wright for making the long drive up from Florida to help support me and the group with her love, wisdom and knowledge.

My gratitude to Fran Swart for traveling up from New Jersey to provide us all with the wisdom and kindness that Therapeutic Yoga has to offer at a physical and spiritual level.

Although I typically take a lot of photos, I was too busy enjoying being immersed in the group experience to even think of getting the entire group together for a photo, however, we did manage to hustle a small group photo prior to our departure from the retreat center.

With many requests for additional gatherings of various lengths, there is so much to look forward to. I will keep you posted as I figure out venues.

The retreat left me swimming in gratitude (looked like a lot of tears). I blogged about this the day after everyone left: Click here.
