Lyme Thriving - Lyme Disease Support
Upcoming Teleconference Call March 17th:  8:00 PM - 9:30 PM EST
A common challenge of people dealing with chronic illness, especially one like Lyme disease, is the feeling of isolation, being misunderstood, losing relationships and feeling emotionally attacked.

Can you or should you block out the negatives when you feel you are your only source of compassion and hope? And with relationships falling to the way side, how do you deal with the emotional loss? When you have to become your own cheerleader with no other person patting your hands or helping you up, how do you find that source within, despite the surrounding circumstances?

You might be surprised at the opportunities that lie hidden in going through these challenges with a new or refreshed perspective. Please join Lisa Hilton and myself to explore this very real set of challenges in a complex environment.

Previous Teleconference Call Notes
Chronic Lyme patients, amongst the myriad of protocols they follow, have one common activity...supporting the body to detox effectively. Miriam 'Sita' Zernis, nutritionist (with personal experience dealing with Lyme and Co's) returned to share exciting news about a cleanse program she discovered and participated in that offers community support online, provides access to doctors/nutritionists for questions during your cleanse program, provides tons of free recipes for download, supportive daily emails, and a community of people to go through the process with.

Miriam shared all sorts of information about the opportunity and also answered many other diet related questions.

A big thank you again to Miriam for her generosity and big heart.

How to stay in the flow...BE A YES!
If you become really still and allow yourself to feel with your entire being, you will notice that you 'experience' a YES or  a NO very clearly when faced with a choice. If you experience a YES, and you honor the YES with actions aligned with the YES, you are being a YES.

If you experience a NO, and you honor the NO, you are being a YES to the NO.

This is honoring what resonates with you, just as you are. There is no resistance in this. It's called going with your gut instinct. And it looks like being all things human, from joyful to sad. We are here for the human experience. Why resist it?... it's who we are.

Being a YES will keep you in the flow of your life. There is no need to paddle upstream...enjoy the ride. Be a YES!

Until Next Time...
