Your primary function at work is to perform your role to the best of your ability; not be a “know-it-all” who tells people what to do, when and how to do it. Let your co-workers know that you don’t have all the answers (even if you think you do). Their participation gives them greater ownership in the processes and eventual outcomes, and provides additional options to help you achieve success.
