Conversations Beat Collateral
These days with all the Internet Marketing, social media, variable data printing, and other cool new technology, it is tempting to get caught up in content generation and perfecting your marketing collateral. While all of those tools can be effective and probably should be a part of your marketing plan, I think most people need to remember what those tools were designed to do, which is start a conversation.
