Happy Holidays!

Wishing you and your loved ones a safe and happy holiday season!  We hope you take this opportunity to reflect on all you accomplished in 2014 and create some new goals for 2015.  On that note, get a jump start on burning off all those Christmas cookies at our workout this Saturday!!




New in the New Year!
For those looking for a realistic and meaningful resolution... we're introducing an official "Couch to 5K" program this January.  Because Philly Achilles is a running group that supports people of all levels of ability, we want to help our beginners prepare to feel the adrenaline rush of crossing that finish line.  We'll provide trainers and coaches who can guide you through a 2-3 month program that will have you ready to run your first 5k (or maybe your first 5k in 20 years).  We'll have a lot of fun while doing it, too.  We are ready to provide you with support, commiseration or a good swift kick - if that's what you want.  Feel free to reach out to Pat McCool at patrick.mccool@cigna.com with any questions.
