| Congrats to the Philly Achilles members who completed the Trenton Half Marathon last Sunday. And kudos to Mark McCowan and his guides, who crushed last years' time by a whopping 10 minutes!

We are having an off-site workout this Saturday, November 15th, at the Horticulture Center! Keep an eye on the Philly Achilles Family Facebook page for the details. There will be a skeleton crew meeting at our normal location at 1601 Chestnut for those who cannot travel to the destination run.

We have several athletes and volunteers participating in the Philly Marathon on Sunday, November 23rd. Come out and cheer them on as they conquer the half and full marathons. Don't forget to wear your Achilles green and show some spirit!
