The Ouch! Race is only a week and a half away!  We have a lot of Philly Achilles athletes participating in this inaugural event on August 24th, so it should be a great opportunity to promote our group within the local running community. The race expo is being held at the convention center the Saturday before and Achilles will have a booth there.  We still need volunteers to help out at the expo and represent Achilles for 1-2 hour shifts.  Check for updates on Facebook and sign up on our Philly Achilles Family page.

We also still have spots open if any volunteers are still interested in guiding for the 5K/10K/15K distances.  Notify marketing@phillyachilles.com if you would like to participate!
