Congrats to our 12 Achilles team members who participated in the Wilmington Cherry Blossom 5K on March 30th.  Two of our visually-impaired athletes, Kinzey Lynch and Ivonne Schmidt, with the help of their guides Greg Cully and Rodney Russen, swept the field and placed in their age groups.  The joy of achievement was shared by all.  Have you ever seen anyone happier than Pat to make it to the finish line?  Is that the Easter Bunny inching up on them from behind??

REMINDER - Many in our group have already registered for the Gener8tion Run on Saturday April 13th.  This event will likely replace our regular Saturday run. 

The deadline to register is April 9th.

To celebrate all of your fitness successes, we are introducing monthly Fun-Raising events featuring fuel and (naturally) fun. This Saturday April 6th, enjoy yogurt, fruit, granola, and mingling with your Achilles family post-workout. Also, make sure you wear your Achilles green - our camera crew will be making an appearance again.
