Best wishes to our runners and athletes who will be participating in the Cherry Blossom 5K race in Wilmington, DE this upcoming Saturday. Go Philly Achilles!

  

For those of you not heading to the race, or regularly scheduled workout will still take place this Saturday at 1601 Chestnut Street at 9am, so please come out and join us! Maybe it will actually feel like spring this weekend. Don't forget ALL fitness levels are welcomed.

  

We also want to make you aware of a brand new 5K coming up on Sunday June 9th this year - Bookin' For Lookin'. Philly Achilles' very own Mark McCowan has organized this race in Newton, PA to benefit the Foundation Fighting Blindness. Please see the registration form.
