Greetings!
AMA would like everyone to know that we will be updating our website to make it more accommodating for our customers. We would like to ask each of you if there is anything specific you would like to see on the new AMA Transportation website that would be helpful. Is there anything we can do to make it easier for you to maneuver around the site or anything new you would like to see on it? Any suggestions or comments are welcome.
On the new website, we will be adding a Customer Appreciation page where we ask your help in writing a short 1-2 sentence statement about our business and how we may have helped you or your customers over the years. We appreciate your feedback.
To help make a suggestion on the new web page or if you would like to contribute to the Customer Appreciation tab with a short statement please email

Driver Appreciation
We would like to show our appreciation to our driver Shawn Costa for excelling in our Sales Incentive Program. He has not only had the most leads but has generated the most business out of the leads he's turned in.
Shawn grew up in East Cambridge, Massachusetts and is now living in the Billerica area. He told us how his very first interview here at AMA with Al Bruzzese was one of the most honest interviews he has ever been on. He said that everything Al told him that could or would happen throughout his career here at AMA, whether it be driving different New England routes or making daily trips to the New York area, has happened for him in the three years he has been working here.
When we asked Shawn what the key to his success in driving was he replied, "Being friendly and having a good relationship with the customers I see every day. The difference is being nice and professional and people recognize that."
Thanks Shawn, we appreciate all your hard work and keep doing what you're doing! |
