MANAGE CITATIONS
RefWorks and Zotero automatically generate citations in multiple styles. They are free tools available through the UCB Library website. To track and save online resources, try the Dilgo Web Collector.

USE OFFICE HOURS
Develop your ideas, get feedback on an outline, and get suggestions for resource by attending office hours. Clarify any questions relating to citations or plagiarism while you're there.

VISIT THE SLC
The Student Learning Center offers drop-in writing tutoring and appointments. Peer tutors will help you develop your argument and improve your writing.

TALK IT OUT
If it helps you start, instead of writing use voice-recognition to compose your ideas. In Google Docs, use the Voice Typing function under your Tools menu.

Join the 'Second Impressions at Berkeley' Team!

They say first impressions are important, but have you considered second impressions?  'Second Impressions' is a social media project which aims to share stories of people in the international community at Berkeley, showcasing glimpses of their lives through portraits and captions.  We're looking for team members who can contribute to this project as interviewers, photographers and editors.  If you enjoy meeting new people and are looking for a way to get involved --come to our Info Session and we'll give you all the details. 6:40 - 8pm:  Panel discussion featuring representatives from engineering consulting firms, energy companies, and public utilities.
8-8:30 pm:  Mingling session for students to talk freely with representatives and even ask for help on resume-developing.
