All Paths Lead to Allstate

For me, all paths led to Allstate, even before I realized it. I worked in the claims departments of several competitors for about 20 years. But I wanted an opportunity to grow personally and professionally and take control of my success. During my search for a new position, my sorority sister had become an Allstate Exclusive Agent. She told me that she owned her own business, was her own boss and had unlimited income potential-and she thought it would be a perfect fit for me. I brought the idea to my husband and he loved it. He thought it would be the best opportunity to put all of my skills to work. So I called a recruiter and took my first steps toward becoming an Allstate agency owner.  

 

Before I started the education, I was worried about managing all the pieces that make up a successful business, from profitably growing to putting customers first. But Allstate's support gave me peace of mind. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me navigate through the process. The best tool in the toolkit is the Allstate brand. When I worked for competitors, Allstate set the bar in the industry, and now I'm proud to say I'm a part of it.
