WEST MERCER ANNOUNCEMENTS

Thank You!

Thank you to Jocelyn Barber and Khue Dang for such a spectacular Culture Fair! Thanks to all families that set up booths, prepared food, and performed. A special shout out to Mr. Baxter for his unceasing energy and commitment. A round of applause to the 3rd graders for their participation in SUCH a festive evening!

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedure!

Drop-Off

With the colder, wet weather, more families are driving their kids to school. Here is a quick reminder as to how the Drop-off and Pick-up procedure works:

1. A group of cars will enter the Drop-off/Pick-up Zone. Only the first car will pull all the way forward.
2. All of the cars in the "Zone" should unload at the same time. For the safety of the kids, please have them get out on the sidewalk side of your car.
3. All of the cars in the "Zone" will then exit the parking lot, following the black arrows.
4. The next group of cars may now enter the "Zone" and unload.
5. The front door of the school should not be used for Drop-off or Pick-up.

When we all work in unison, the process goes much quicker.
Thank you for your support.
