Its Back to School Time!

School Supplies
School Supplies will be ordered in bulk again this year by Island Park staff.  This system, followed by all three elementary schools, will assure that all students, even those who enroll later in the year, have the same supplies right from their first day of school. Supplies will be kept in the classrooms and replenished as needed. All supplies are retained and reused from year to year to help reduce waste. The fee for supplies is $38 PER STUDENT & will be included in the fall Parent Pack.
2014-15 Parent Pack and Fundraising Campaign 
Parent Packs are going Green!  Your Island Park PTA Back-to-School forms & payments are now ONLINE! Look for an email to you on Friday, August 28th with a link to the online registration and payment form.

  • PTA Fundraising/Ask Campaign

Our fall PTA Fundraising/Ask Campaign will be a bit different this year.  We are asking for one donation that combines both the PTA GENERAL FUND and PTA funded LEARNING SUPPORT (i.e. Hand-in-Hand and/or teaching assistants). This is your one opportunity to support all of the amazing programs and learning opportunities that make Island Park unique.  To learn more please visit our Fundraising Overview.

  

Our 2014-15 goal is $260,000 and is equivalent to an annual donation of approximately $400 per student.  To achieve this goal, we are offering three suggested giving levels for families to choose from:

  • Soaring Eagle: $400/student ($125 general fund +  $275 learning support)
  • Bald Eagle: $325/student ($125 general fund + $200 learning support)
  • Golden Eagle: $250/student ($125 general fund + $125 learning support)
