I want to take this opportunity to provide you and your children with information about our annual Halloween Parade. Our Parade will be held on Thursday, October 31st beginning at 2:15 PM. K-5 students will have the opportunity to participate in the annual parade wearing their costumes. The parade circles through the halls past each classroom and then onto the gym. Classroom parties will commence after the parade at about 2:45 PM.   School dismisses at 3:30 PM. The half-day kindergarten parade is conducted in the morning. Half-day kindergarten parents will receive more information from their teacher.

We ask that all parents who wish to view the parade proceed directly to the middle of the GYM where you will find a great space for viewing and picture taking. You do not need to check in at the office. Fire Marshall regulations prohibit standing in the hallway to watch the parade.

Please avoid sending costumes with students that are connected with violence or that are too ghoulish. Knives, spears, daggers, guns or anything that is weapon-like must be kept at home. Students should bring their costumes to school in a bag the day of the parade. They will be given time to change into their costumes before the parade begins. Your child's teacher may communicate further information unique to their classroom and grade level.

Our afternoon schedule has been slightly adjusted as follows:

All School Recess                                     1:45 - 2:00 PM

Halloween Parade                                     2:15 - 2:45 PM

Classroom Parties                                     2:45 - 3:20 PM

Pack up                                                     3:20 - 3:30 PM

School Dismissal                                       3:30 PM
