Alibi memory is an electronic log of a Weights & Measures approved weighing system. It is a scale embedded database that stores weighing data. This feature allows you to see particular measurement details. The data, once stored in the alibi memory, cannot be tampered with. This protects you in case of customer claims or complaints and generates customer confidence by providing proof of accurate measurements and weight for correct billing.

 Brady Systems received an emergency call from a local Aggregate Mine earlier this month. Their truck scale was down, and they needed it to be up and operational as soon as possible.  Every minute their scale was down, they were losing money. Their current service provider could not get to them immediately so they contacted a sister site and that site referred them to Brady Systems.  

Brady Systems arrived at the Mine the same day they contacted us.  We determined that their obsolete scale terminal needed to be replaced. Because Brady Systems stocks scale terminals on all of their service vehicles, we were able to replace their terminal with a brand new METTLER TOLEDO IND560 instrument the same day. 

Thanks to Brady Systems' ability to respond quickly, this Mine was up and operational the same day the call was placed, with minimal disruption to their business.
