Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) companies, like QTS, are strictly regulated by the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures.
The regulations cover every aspect of safe operation as well as specifying liability insurance requirements, background checking of employees, and vehicle configurations.
While there are other highly qualified NEMT companies out there that we are proud to share the road with - there are also unlicensed, unregulated, rogue companies.
It's easy to tell the difference - look for the Department of Weights and Measures sticker on the rear window. This 4" x 4" sticker is your assurance of full compliance.
You can also look for the AZMTA sticker - noting the company is a proud member of our self regulating trade association - the Arizona Medical Transport Association.
Keep your patients safe. Use only vehicles with the sticker.

From Mr. G. R. - He called to let us know that when he was having a hard day on Monday, driver Ignacio "really stepped up and helped him out and he could not have made it without him." He also called out Don in Dispatch for "all the help he gives him in the morning!"
From P.R., Mrs. M.J.R.'s daughter - She called to say that she was very impressed with driver Murphy's "professionalism, as well as [his] kind, outgoing, and respectful manner." She added that her mother really enjoyed Murphy's company and conversation.
From N. at a large health care facility - She wrote us to ask if we could pick up a couple of gift bags for Bre and Victoria! She said she loves everyone at QTS but really wanted to thank Bre and Victoria, and that she knows she can always count on them. |

The name of our company, "Quality Transport Services" shows what we care about most. At QTS, we are allowed to call what we do a "quality" service because of our superior performance and our confidence in our customer's satisfaction. We are proud to be the best at what we do.
What is your inspiration?
For me, there is nothing more satisfying than putting a smile on someone's face. Whether it comes by prompt service, friendly conversation, or compassionate caring, I like to make people happy.
Is there a fun fact about yourself that you would like to share with our clients?
I've lived in the city my whole life but I've always wished that I could have been a cowboy. I enjoy putting on my cowboy boots and hat and going to the rodeo each year. One talent that I have developed is trick roping. I can spin a lasso and do all sorts of tricks by jumping in and out of it.
