Thank You for your Feedback!

Ms. M called to let management to know that she has a new favorite driver.  Ms. M thought Johnathan was amazing and the service he provided deserved special recognition.

Mr. E extended his appreciation for all we do for Customer C's clients.  He said that Ms. B sent him the following email "Is there any chance I can have QTS take me?  That's the company who transported me, and they were FANTASTIC!"

Both the patient's caregiver and the office staff at Customer S called to say that Randy is the best they've experienced.   The office manager said they have worked with every NEMT in town and hands down they feel QTS is the best.  She went on to describe all of the action Randy took to assist and look out for her nurses, as well as the patient. "Thank for your steadfast professionalism and focus on exceptional service."

Ms. T with Customer SW is a HUGE QTS fan.  She is so impressed with the service, loves the people she's been able to develop relationships with in the office, and can now add her personal transport experience to the mix. Ms. T accompanied her patient on a transport and she had nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire experience.

Mr. G contacted the office shortly after his transport to praise the company, service provided, and his favorite driver Jacobe.  He made sure to stress that he really enjoys all our drivers, however, Mr. G had to admit...Jacobe is the very best.

A Customer SH patient and family member completed an online survey and gave all areas of service exceptional marks. "Randy was my Mother's driver tonight, and he is absolutely wonderful!  The van was spotless, and my Mother felt totally safe, comfortable, and actually enjoyed her transport."

- Please use our on-line survey at Survey.QTSaz.com - or call or write to let us know how we did. The good - and the not-so-good. We strive to continuously improve our service to you.

Why are we different?

We will go out of our way to try and help a customer/pt.  It is so easy to forget why you do the work and focus only on how you do it. Going the "extra mile" makes a huge difference in this industry.

As an employee, what do you admire or appreciate most about our culture and the environment in which you work?

I admire our values as a company. We may be a small company, but we still see the big picture and strive towards it every minute of every day.

Is there a fun fact about you related to a talent, accomplishment, or unique experience that you can share with our clients?

We have an African Desert Tortoise that lives in the backyard.  She is 15 years old and her name is Ziggy.  Her lifespan is about 100-150 years and will eventually be my grandchildren's pet.

Why do I do this?
From a student nurse - Ashley Lipscomb
Why do I study all hours of the night?
Why do I put up such  a fight?
I do it because one day I will celebrate new baby born.
And, one day help a family mourn.
It makes me have courage and determination.
It teaches me how to handle my  dissatisfaction.
Some people will curse or bless you.
But every day they will teach you something new.
That is why I study all nght.
And, why I put us such a fight.
Because one day, a Nurse I will be.
To help people like you and me.
