Labor Day 2014 Newsletter
As we approach the official end of Summer - and Monsoon Season - we want to take a moment to thank you for the opportunity you give us to serve you. 

At QTS, we take great pride in what we do - 24x7 Assisted Transportation, all across the Valley. We also take great pride in our team of hard working professionals - the best in the industry - who provide safe, reliable, and affordable transportation where ever and when ever you need it.

Do You Remember?

The Labor Day Flood of 1970 has been described as "the greatest natural disaster in the history of Arizona". 

 

It happened when more rain fell than on any other day in Arizona's recorded weather history. By the time its waters ebbed away, the flood had claimed 23 lives and caused millions of dollars of damage. 

 

The storm set a 24-hour precipitation record for Arizona - 11.4 inches - smashing the old record by more than 5 inches. That record still stands today.

When one of our favorite drivers, Ignacio, was out for a few days, Mr. W, called to let us know: "He does a great job, he's a great guy and I miss him." P.S. Ignacio is happily back on the job.

Thanks to Mrs. R who couldn't say enough about our new driver Cory and the compassion and care he showed both her and her mother...in her words "he is just wonderful!"

Mr. and Mrs. K were so happy with their experience with QTS that they wanted to make sure management was aware of the outstanding job our driver Tyrone did for QTS and our passengers. "The entire process from the time he arrived to our home in ... to the time he departed from the ... was wonderful. He was very kind and extremely gentle, not to mention a great, quality driver."  

Mr. R made sure to tell our driver Murphy that he appreciates the dispatch team and their willingness to go above and beyond their duties to help others out and Mr. R singled out one when he said "I think the world of Don. . . he's just so good at what he does."

And a two for one! We had the pleasure of driving Mrs. S, and her husband called us to say, "Camille (QTS Customer Service) was very nice, and Travis (QTS Driver) was great! He showed up early, so my wife and I were pleased with that. We will definitely be using your company for any future transports."
