Mission Trip Opportunity

A Mission Trip is one of the most effective  and memorable experiences that your Youth Group can be participate in. 

Youth, who are now adults, will tell you that their Church's Mission Trip was one of the most rewarding and faith forming experiences that they had through their church.  It is also a great way to build community and faith formation in your Church Youth Group.

This summer NESynod is partnering with Group Work Camps, and St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Wakefield, RI. for a Mission Trip experience the week of June 30 through July 6th. Cost for the week is $451 per person. Click Here for more details 

Bishop Hazelwood and Pastor Lisa Hazelwood have had 12 years of experience with the Group Work Camps and they speak very highly of the program.

Working with Group Work Camps lightens the burden of organizing a mission trip. They provide the work, host sites for lodging and all food preparation. Plus they offer nightly events for Youth to reflect on the day's work and their relationship to faith.
