Received a notification of award? Don't start billing project time until you've attended this important seminar to hear why "Your Proposal is not your Plan."

Presented by Patty Huntley, XL Catlin's Design Professional Loss Prevention & Client Education Risk Manager, this valuable session will explain why your successful marketing document is not a project plan, and provide an in-depth discussion of a streamlined approach to efficiently and effectively planning project success.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a 34 year technical career, including 27 in the Architectural and Engineering (A/E) design and construction industry, Huntley has trained thousands of A/E principals, project managers and their firms on best practices and the tools to complete projects successfully.

A $15 registration fee will go to support your local AIA chapter and you'll learn how the basics of project management planning can actually be an effective tool for successful project execution. You'll also get example templates that prepare a personalized plan specific to your need.

Register by email Melissa Pratt of McLaughlin Brunson at Melissa@mclaughlinbrunson.com or calling 214-323-4607.
