Last week, I was faced with a number of juicy red tomatoes that would be a squish beyond fresh in the next 24 hours. If I couldn't come up with something fast, the tomatoes would be dinner for the farm animals. AllRecipes saved me with this delicious side dish, to the regret of our goats and chickens.

In Closing...
As the mom of two Millennials, I'm pretty tuned in to the financial issues of this generation. If you know any Millennials, do them a favor and send them "7 Tips for for Evaluating Your Retirement Portfolio in Your 20s". It appeared in the Huffington Post just last week. (OK, I'll fess up - the author quoted me four times...)

I recently traveled to Boston with a group of other Registered Life Planners for a financial life planning refresher course. George Kinder (in scarf) hosted us at his waterfront cabin; I came home with a renewed determination to help bring meaning to money for our clients.
