Editorial
It is our pleasure to present the latest newsletter of the CCPR Centre, detailing the Individual Communications decided by the Human Rights Committee at its 113th session, held in March 2015. For full texts and summaries of each of the cases, visit the cases database of the CCPR website. 

There were in total 26 cases adopted during this session, in which 14 were found to have violations

A high number of cases focused on enforced disappearances as well as other issues including torture, non-discrimination, fair trial and freedom of expression, opinion, assembly and religion.
