Based on the basic ballet moves, this class integrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping exercises to reshape your entire body. This non-impact workout targets all major muscle groups and improves posture.
The result is sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat, and elongated thighs.
