Eaton has collaborated with the electrical industry and governments worldwide to prevent the flow of counterfeit products at borders and halt production at its source. Its global task force has dedicated itself to the anti-counterfeiting mission, developing programs and methods to help thwart counterfeiting through education and training of customs groups, law enforcement, distributors, and customers. This guide applies to AC medium voltage contactors and Class E controllers rated 1,501-15,000 volts, installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70 and the manufacturer's instructions. PEARL Takes Aim at its Future 
On June 13, 2015, the PEARL Board of Directors convened in Chicago to examine its past, present, and future. In evaluating its past and present, much has been accomplished in the development of reconditioning standards, its technician certification program, inspect and test standards, and a variety of other activities and services such as its Electrical Safety, Reliability and Sustainability Conference & Exhibition. Current efforts are focused on an expansion of the certification program and gaining ANSI approval for its reconditioning standards. READ MORE
