Direct Listings Feed to Zillow Group Activated
  

  

We are excited to announce that we have activated a direct listings feed to Zillow Group from the RAFGC MLS. The direct feed should be fully implemented by April 7th.

 

Partnering with Zillow Group provides several key benefits, including:

  • Superior data quality: Improved listing accuracy and timeliness will enhance productive connections between consumers and real estate professionals.

  • Listing data transparency: Every listing from our direct feed to Zillow Group will show our MLS as the source, boosting home shoppers' confidence in the listing data.

  • Guaranteed visibility for listing agents: With a direct feed, listing agents are automatically displayed next to their listings on Zillow for free, ensuring their visibility to every home shopper who views them.

***As the broker, if you do not want your brokerage firms listings displayed on Zillow you have the ability to Opt Out of the direct feed.  If you wish to Opt Out, please email mlssupport@zillow.com and make sure that you also inform your agents of your decision.
