Martin LLP is pleased to announce that its client,  a Mexican air transportation company raising money to support offshore missions in the oil, gas and electric power industry, completed a U.S. $90 million senior secured credit facility with an international consortium of financial institutions from Mexico, Canada and Europe, with U.S. Bank National Association, acting as administrative agent, and each of J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BBVA Securities Inc. acting as lead arrangers.  Martin  LLP served as special U.S. counsel for the Borrower, with  Russell Bulkeley and Andrew Nelson advising on the transaction.
