PROJECT GRADUATION
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING GRADUATION CEREMONIES
All graduating seniors are welcome and encouraged to attend Project Grad, a huge drug- and alcohol-free party immediately following the graduation ceremony. All students must be registered with parent permission.   In addition, all students are asked to pay the $100 donation fee (the party costs much more than the $100-per-student fee).  If you cannot pay the fee and would like to be considered for scholarship donation, please contact Cheryl White at rclbwhite@cox.net
Remember to do both steps:
1) CLICK HERE TO REGISTER (USE CODE 2015)
2) CLICK HERE TO PAY FEE

PROJECT GRAD DETAILS
HERE'S THE PLAN:
After the kids graduate and have had enough time to visit with family and  take pictures down on the football field, they'll return to their previously assigned classroom in the 100 or 300 building, where they will have already changed prior to graduation and left their belongings.  They'll change into very comfortable clothes and pick up their belongings and either put everything in their car or give to their parents. We will have security guarding all cars left in the NORTH parking lot all night.

Backpacks and large purses will not be allowed into Project Grad.  Kids won't need anything at Project Grad!  They can take cell phones and/or cameras at their own expense, but they don't need money or any other personal belongings.

After changing clothes, the graduates will check in for Project Grad at tables set up outside the Auxiliary Gym, then will proceed to board the buses in the SHS bus lane. Buses will likely be leaving SHS parking lot around 9:30 pm and will return at around 4:30 am.

AND WHAT A PARTY IT WILL BE!
What's a party without a comedy club, henna tattoos, palm readers, a casino, a DJ, a game truck, volleyball, boxer bingo, ping-pong, air hockey, corn hole, massages, caricature artists, a photo booth, and TONS of awesome food? Not only that, at 2:30 am we're bringing in a hypnotist from Chicago!

A MESSAGE FROM SAGUARO'S SCHOOL NURSE,
NANCY TILLINGHAST, RN, BSN
As the end of the school year approaches, please note:
1.   All prescription and over the counter medication must be picked up by the parent or guardian on or before May 26. Any medication remaining after that date will be sent for disposal.
2.   The health history forms in the summer packet need to be completed and returned as soon as possible. It is very helpful to me and will expedite your registration next August if those forms have already been turned in at the front office or mailed back to me at the school.
3.   Thanks for a great first year for me @ Saguaro. Have a safe and fun summer.
