Pantone announced Radiant Orchid as the 2014 Color of the Year, which means purple is going to be the color to accessorize with. See gemstone jewelry by JA Member designers that fit the Radiant Orchid color trend in our Trend Report.

On January 15, 2014, JA President & CEO David J. Bonaparte (top right) met with two key House leaders, Rep. Bob Goodlatte (top right), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Pete Sessions (bottom right), Chairman of the House Rules Committee, to discuss issues of importance to jewelers, including sales tax fairness. JA diligently monitors Congress, through our legislative counsel, led by Timothy Haake (bottom right) of Haake & Associates, headquartered in Washington, D.C. Jewelers can help us influence legislative issues by taking action to contact representatives using our Legislative Action Center.
