Dear Friends,

Things have been a bit hectic lately with our trip to International Quilt Market in Houston, Market Splash when we returned home, and our Husqvarna Viking Educational events this week.  Not to mention the fact that the newsletter editor (Jane) has a son getting married this weekend.  Therefore, we are abbreviating this month's newsletter -- paring it down to some essential information that we know you will want to have.  We look forward to a regular edition of the newsletter next month.  Be sure to come by for a visit soon to see all of our wonderful new items and to work on your page for Santa in our Wish Book!

Upcoming Classes:

• Beginning English Smocking - November classes have already begun.  December classes will be Thursdays December 4 and 11, 9 to 11 a.m. or 6 to 8 p.m.
• The Sewing Party and After Party -Visit The Sewing Party website to sign up for the online class event that Husqvarna Viking is sponsoring on November 8th -- 30 online classes on various sewing and quilting related topics which can be accessed for 90 days!  Then attend the After Party at the Stitchin' Post on Saturday, November 15th to work on your projects and show off what you learned!
• Holiday Trio Table Runner - Saturday, November 15, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Machine Embroidery Class -  Saturday, November 22, 10 to 11 a.m.  Not software this month, but join us for demos of some great techniques and projects!
• Viking Club - Saturday, November 22, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• TruEmbroidery Lab - Saturday November 22, 1 to 3 p.m. by appointment
• Make and Take with Stacie- Saturday, December 6, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Make a cute scissors keeper!
• PJ Pants with Carol - Saturday, December 6, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Make long or short pj pants for a guy or gal!

Note:  Barbara Steely has openings in her adult sewing classes on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday mornings, 9 a.m. to noon, as well as in Home School Children's classes on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, 1 - 3 p.m.  She will not have classes Thanksgiving week (November 24 - 26).
