Happy Spring Vacation! The Claypen will be OPEN on Monday, April 15th from 10:00 to 6:00. Mondays tend to be a tad more mellow during vacation weeks and it would make a great day to create some Mother's Day gifts. Hope to see you then!

The Claypen has great teacher gift ideas, from $3 to $9 per child.
Stop in to look at samples and discuss details. Once you've decided on your design, we will send you with a piece and paints to collect fingerprints from the class. Often, the parent will make arrangements to do this during art. It is quick and easy. Then, return it to us to decorate, glaze and fire.
Your beautiful and unique gift will be ready about 3 weeks later. Pieces returned to us by May 28th, will be ready by June 18th. To give yourself enough time to collect prints, we suggest getting started on your project by May 14th. |

Kids' Mother's Day Gift Making Workshop...

WHEN?
FRIDAY, APRIL 26th 6:00 to 7:30
WHO? Kids from 7 to 12 years of age
WHAT?
We will be painting a surprise gift for Mom, that will be gift wrapped for pickup a week later. We will also serve Pizza, Juice and Cookies for dinner. Best of all, you will get an hour and a half to yourself!
HOW MUCH? $30 per painter
HOW DO I SIGN UP? Call 860-233-3322. Full payment will be taken at the time of reservation, to ensure appropriate food/supplies can be arranged. This workshop has a limit of 12 painters. |

We will be celebrating Mother's Day this year by being OPEN Sunday, May 12th from 12:00 to 5:00. Please join us and bring your Momma! A perfect way to spend the day with the woman that brought you into this beautiful world. We are accepting reservations for groups of six or more.
