Reunited...
 It has been a long time since New Housing Inventory and Single-Family Starts have united but they crossed paths at the end of 2012! In 2013 we are seeing an increase in sales, a decrease in inventory, and price stabilization for single family and condominium living. We all know what that means....it's prime time to get back to work, purchase land, build new homes, strengthen our positioning and pricing within the marketplace, and be prosperous in 2013!
Traditionally we meet at this time of the year for our annual New Homes Developer Summit, but due to the housing "upturn" we are too busy leading the way to stop now.... let's reunite for the next Summit in the Fall and share our collective successes of 2013. Residences at Rowley Country Club The sale of Carriage Pines Golf Club has been finalized and the new owners/developers are preparing for an anticipated April 1 opening of the nine-hole links, which will once again be known as The Rowley Country Club. PrimeTime Communities is excited to be providing the marketing and sales for our third golf course community. Ralph DiGiorgio and Thomas O'Connell are the developers of this 89-acre site on Dodge Road in Rowley. The new development, which will be called The Residences at Rowley Country Club, will consist of 18 duplexes with a total of 36 units ranging from 1,800 to 2,600 square feet in size, which will be sold for $300,000 to $500,000.
