Forest Park

Located just a short distance away from Sara Ann Ivy, also in Westport, MA, Bristol Pacific is building another community of luxury homes.  The 74 homes of Forest Park will sit on wooded lots spread over 152 acres and is positioned as a higher end single family development priced in the $500,000 to $700,000 range.

Sara Ann Ivy Estates and Forest Park are the second and third communities that PrimeTime Communities is marketing and selling for Bristol Pacific Homes. PrimeTime will be working with Bristol Pacific to brand the company as the premier area builder with a wide selection of product for all residential buyers.

Residences at Rowley Country Club

The sale of Carriage Pines Golf Club has been finalized and the new owners/developers are preparing for an anticipated April 1 opening of the nine-hole links, which will once again be known as The Rowley Country Club.  PrimeTime Communities is excited to be providing the marketing and sales for our third golf course community.  Ralph DiGiorgio and Thomas O'Connell are the developers of this 89-acre site on Dodge Road in Rowley.  The new development, which will be called The Residences at Rowley Country Club, will consist of 18 duplexes with a total of 36 units ranging from 1,800 to 2,600 square feet in size, which will be sold for $300,000 to $500,000.
