PrimeTime Communities is pleased to announce that Jeff Ropes has recently joined the firm as Land Division Manager. Jeff has been actively involved in land development for over 25 years and is experienced in every aspect of the real estate industry including brokerage, due diligence, finance, permitting, property management and construction. He has been directly responsible for the acquisition of over $250 million of real estate in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions with a retail value of over a billion dollars and has contributed to the development of over sixty real estate projects. Previous positions included working for Pulte Homes and Trammell Residential. In his new position at PrimeTime Jeff will focus on securing, managing, and marketing new land/permit listings, thus building on the company's core "Concept to Community" approach to serving developers.
