Final Days to Enroll in HealthSource RI Coverage

Individuals and families have until March 31 to apply for commercial coverage through HealthSource RI for 2014. If they miss this deadline, they will have to wait until November 15, 2014 to enroll in coverage that will start in January 2015.

TeethFirst! introduces new blog - Tooth Talk

The TeethFirst! initiative continues to spread the word about the importance of early dental visits throughout Rhode Island.
Tooth Talk is the initiative's bilingual blog, and is regularly updated with new postings. This blog is another way for parents & families, community organizations, dental providers, and health care providers to learn about and share their experiences with early dental visits and oral health care for our littlest Rhode Islanders.

Register today! 20th Annual Factbook Breakfast to be held on April 7, 2014

The 2014 Rhode Island Kids Count Factbook will be released at our 20th Annual Breakfast on Monday, April 7, 2014 from 8 am to 10 am at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick. Registration will begin at 7:30 am.
Keynote remarks will be given by Jann Jackson; Senior Associate, Policy Reform and Advocacy; The Annie E. Casey Foundation.
At Rhode Island KIDS COUNT, we're thrilled to be celebrating 20 years of child advocacy, and hope that you can join us for this event! RSVPs are required, and we request that you respond by March 31, 2014. Please register as soon as possible - we expect this event to sell out.
