Aspirin May Ward Off Breast Cancer
A July Laboratory Investigation report found aspirin may render the environment of cancer stem cells, which can linger post-chemo, hostile to replication. Aspirin may also ward off breast cancer prophylactically, according to the study led by Sushanta Banerjee, Ph.D., research director of the Cancer Research Unit at the Kansas City (Mo.)
