 TCR's Annual Memories Walk is always a special day for our community. Each year we're inspired to see so many familiar and new friends showing their support for TCR and the grieving children, teens and families we serve. Thank you for making our 10th Annual Memories Walk a great day to remember. Even though our 3-mile walk took place in the rain, our spirits certainly weren't dampened! Including generous sponsorships from local companies, the Memories Walk raised over $83,000 - and there are still donations coming in! You can still contribute to a team or individual fundraising page - or encourage your family and friends to help you reach your goal!  We're especially grateful to the Arlington Hockey Club for hosting their 2nd Annual Skate-a-Thon to benefit The Children's Room, raising over $7,000! They have raised an incredible total of more than $40,000 over the past four years of supporting TCR. The Walk event began with memory activities and powerful speakers who shared why The Children's Room was important to them.  People of all ages decorated memory cards and Walk t-shirts in memory of loved ones and friends gathered to share hugs and greetings. After walking our 3 miles along Mass. Ave., everyone gathered back at Arlington Town Hall for pizza and celebrating!  We are so grateful to all of our walkers, fundraisers, volunteers and sponsors. We couldn't have done it without you! Your efforts make a difference for the grieving children, teens and families who turn to The Children's Room for caring support. The Children's Room will return stronger than ever to the starting line of the 2014 Boston Marathon.
