| WOMEN IN BUSINESS NEWS |
The Women In Business committee has planned the 9th annual "What Women Want" Expo for Friday, September 25th from 10am until 2pm.
Here is a fantastic chance to "meet and greet" the community and fellow business professionals as we hold the event at the Holiday Inn & Suites.
Exhibitor booths are still available for the low cost of $85 for chamber members. If you are unable to have a table, you can give us 100 of your coupons/flyers/menus and $20 and we will stuff them in the first 100 attendee bags. If you have 100 promotional ITEMS (giveways/pens/candy/nail files, etc), there is no fee.
Volunteers are also needed to help this event run smoothly. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit Breast Cancer Awareness so come and help us celebrate the pinkness of the event! Sign up here...

| DYNAMIC WOMEN'S CONFERENCE OCTOBER 9th - BOB BURG + MORE |  We are fortunate to be a part of the Dynamic Women's Conference where speakers will include Bob Burg, Michele Scism, Judith Wright,

| AFTER HOURS |  Due to summer and the plethora of vacations, we will not hold an After Hours in August.
Tune in for our September 17th Multi-Chamber After Hours at Indian Lakes. We will also have an October 15th event that you won't want to miss -- a Scavenger Hunt at Stratford Square Mall. We did this years ago and people are still talking about it. Mark your calendar!

2015 COMMUNITY GUIDE & BUSINESS DIRECTORIES DELIVERED

THANK YOU!! We thank you all for updating your information so that our 2015 Community Guide & Business Directory could be the most accurate possible!
You can find a digital copy of this publication if you click this link, which is also on our main webpage.
6,000 books were printed. Of those, 300 were mailed to chamber members, 1200 to non-member businesses in Carol Stream, 1500 inside the Sunday Daily Herald on July 19th. 200 directories went to the Village, 200 more to the Library and 200 to the Park District in Carol Stream. The remainder are in our office and we will distribute them any way we can. If you would like a stack to put out in your office, stop by.
