Each year, we hold an Annual Meeting and special recognition luncheon. This year, on April 10th, we will celebrate those members who have been members for 10 and 20 years. Which five will be recognized? Click here to see and sign up for the event. It's also the time to learn the results of this year's chamber board election.

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS

Our next After Hours gathering will take place on Thursday, April 18th at RoccoVino's in Carol Stream. DELICIOSO describes their food -- and the networking will be PERFETTO. Join us by signing up for this event....

TWO RIBBON CUTTINGS IN APRIL
Where can you go to catch the excitement of something new in business? Come to a Ribbon Cutting...or 2!

On April 12th, Meineke Car Care, 313 S. Schmale will be celebrating with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony at 11:45am. They are new to Carol Stream and located between Village Tavern and Dunkin' Donuts.

On April 18th Lakehaven Apartments will show off the very hard work they have put into each unit (yes, granite!) at an 11:30am Ribbon Cutting and Grand Re-opening.

There is no cost to attend either of these events. We ask you bring some business cards, a smile, and an appetite for refreshments as you are there to help these 'neighbors' of ours celebrate on their special day!
REVERSE RAFFLE RECAP

It was a GREEN night full of lucky ones, and some unlucky ones, too. March 14th was the Reverse Raffle.  Click here to see some photos.... We thank everyone who helped, donated, purchased, and attended!!

WOMEN IN BUSINESS

The next WIB event is coming up soon -- April 24th and it will be our popular "Tables of Interest" progressive luncheon at Glendale Lakes Golf Club. Our Philanthropy will be collecting toiletries and non-perishable food items for People's Resource Center.  For more info and sign-up, click here....
EXPOSURE FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Sometimes, it's tough to get your business name out there. How do you do it? What is effective for you? Is it a one-time deal?

Our Golf Committee has come up with a way to support this year's golf outing and get MAXIMUM, even YEAR-ROUND exposure for your business.

Save the date - July 18th we'll be at Klein Creek Golf Club, swinging at that little white ball. But sponsorship brings you more than a sign on the course this year. Depending on the level you choose, you can have exposure during the year through our website, eBlasts, and newsletter flyers INCLUDED in your sponsorship!

Add your MUGSHOT to the poster that will be found at our chamber events. Keep that "Top of Mind Awareness"....by being a Sponsor for the 2013 Chamber Golf "Classic! Click here for information on levels and watch for a mailing during April where you can sign up your foursome. FORE!!
