WELCOME - New Member
Ann M. Escandon
Financial Associate
Thrivent Financial
At the University of Toledo, I received my BBA in Finance. I have spent over 20 years helping families protect themselves against financial setbacks, grow their savings, meet goals to fund children's education, plan for retirement, and so much more. To partner with Thrivent Financial, a unique, not-for-profit, Christian membership-owned financial service provider, gives me great joy every day to help families and change lives.
My husband, Roy and I just celebrated 25 years together! We are very blessed to have a daughter, Felicia (19) who attends Valparaiso University in Indiana, and son, Alec (15), a student at Lutheran North High School. We recently relocated from a west-side suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, to Partridge Creek Village, Clinton Township, which we now call our home.

Several interesting facts came out of the marketing seminar we held in May of this year with On Target Marketing. One was the psycho-graphic profile of the population in and around Richmond which gave us insight into their likes, dislikes and habits above the demographic information that we normally see.
This easy 9 question survey is designed with Lisa's help (On Target Marketing) to get information about the habits of Richmond's population and what people want to see in town. The information received can then be put into a presentation to the City Council, TIFA, EDC and anyone else responsible for promoting the future growth of this town. It gives a direction that the population would like to see the town take and a road map to help the above agencies encourage those types of businesses or changes to take place.
Below is the link to the survey that appears on the chamber website.
