"To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity." --Douglas Adams

I am very excited to announce our ITC Core Values Award winner, Erin Schuster!  Erin has been a real asset to our team and does more than her title lets on.  Erin works in our office as the Senior Executive Assistant, and is the right hand to our executives in the office.  Her responsibilities vary from day to day - from being our marketing guru, to ensuring a safe and pleasant work environment, and keeping the office morale high.  Never saying "I can't", Erin works with an acute sense of integrity, effectiveness and accuracy, and is always helping the team in any way she can.  Erin's work does not go unnoticed and we are very fortunate to have her as an integral member of our team.  Thank you Erin for all that you do!

I hope you all are enjoying your summer thus far!  Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,
Nicole McMackin

Employee Spotlight
As a Senior Account Executive for over four years with ITC, Casey Calcagnie knows the meaning of finding the perfect combination for her clients and consultants. "My favorite part of my job is connecting people and getting the "win" all the way around.  I like to think being a recruiter is more like being a matchmaker for professionals.  It is so exciting when the ITC team and I find an excellent project or position for a candidate we are working with and assist with their career advancement as well as finding the person our client is looking for to meet project deadlines within budget", she says.

Casey is an avid sports fan, especially the NFL.  She enjoys going to movies, comedy shows, BBQs with fami
ly and friends and of course, anything to fulfill her competitive nature.  Some of her favorite moves are Rounders, X-Men, Batman, Christmas Vacation and Dumb & Dumber.  As a graduate from USC, she has a personal anecdote of "Faithful, Scholaryly, Skillful, Courageous and Ambitious.  Fight On!" - Tommy Trojan
