Aca-Perco in Concert Dec. 9th

picture of musical group Aca-Perco On Dec. 9th, join us for a free concert by Aca-Perco: Jennie Avila, singer songwriter, and Stephen Wright, drum maker. Jennie and Stephen coined the word, Aca-Perco, to describe the energizing collaboration of Jennie's vocal talents, a cappella, and Stephen's rhythmic infusions of percussion. A variety of instruments are showcased; including Stephen Wright's handmade ceramic drums, Jennie's snake-like kokiriko, a traditional conga, and a dash of savory guitar.  Hear a sampling of Aca-Perco's cool acoustic music at www.aca-perco.com then come see them perform.

The free concert begins at 3:00 PM at the Clear Spring Leonard P. Snyder Memorial Branch Library. Reservations are appreciated, so please call 301-842-2730 to reserve a seat.
