The Forgeline LS3 Heritage Series wheel pays homage to one of our very first wheel designs, the classic LS of the 1990s, but has been reborn here as a modern 3-piece wheel with updated engineering and manufacturing technology.

Our new "Black Chrome PVD" finish is a unique combination that starts with a polished surface finish and then gets combined with a Black PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating. This unique finish provides an appearance very similar to black chrome, but with the benefits of a much more durable PVD coating (which is less susceptible to corrosion and chipping than real chrome)! Black Chrome PVD is an optional finish upgrade available on all one piece forged monoblock wheels. See More...

Ron Sutton's next "7 Secrets of Suspension Set-up & Tuning" workshop takes place on Thursday, September 10, in Bowling Green, KY, prior to the start of the 2015 Holley LS Fest. The first Ron Sutton Workshop session, in Columbus, sold out. So if you are planning to attend this September session, then you should make arrangements to register ASAP! Veteran race car designer, builder, owner, and crew chief Ron Sutton is a legend in competitive racing circles. With 35 years of experience in over 80 different classes of racing (including drag, road course, karts, and oval track), Ron has worked with winning pro teams in SCCA, USAC, SRL, NHRA, IHRA, IMSA, Camel GT, Indycar, Grand Am, and NASCAR. At four different dates and locations throughout 2015, Ron will be delivering an on-site technical workshop entitled, "The 7 Secrets of Suspension Set-up & Tuning". This workshop is applicable to a wide audience of street performance and track tuners, but it has been specifically tailored for those who are tuning pro-touring cars and g-machines to perform in autocross and road course events. Our new FF3 Heritage Series wheel is a basic 5-spoke design that mimics the simple blocky styles that were popular in the late 1990s. It features a flat face profile, spokes that taper to a narrower width at the rim register, chamfered edges, and our small engraved center cap. Though it looks like a throwback to another era, the FF3 is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology.
The FF3 is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The FF3 is available with a stepped lip outer in 17-inch, 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline can also offer special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and a large choice of finish combinations.

It has been an incredibly busy summer already, for the staff at Forgeline, with the busiest schedule of races and events that we've ever faced. And with no rest for the weary, the August 7-9, 2015 weekend stands to be another one full of action and excitement.
The Forgeline team will be out across the country at four different events, this weekend. You can find us at:
- The 2015 Red Brick Reunion, in Oxford, Ohio. Hosted by the Ohio Valley Region (OVR) Porsche Club of America (PCA), this second annual event is a fun gathering of Porsche vehicles, owners, and enthusiasts in the vibrant downtown Oxford business district.
- The 23rd Annual SHOOTOUT Presented by Buschur Racing, at Summit Motorsports Park, in Norwalk, Ohio. Three days of drag racing and autocrossing madness.
- IMSA TUDOR Championship and Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge racing at Road America, in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Forgeline sales manager, Steve Schardt, will be at the track to support our customers racing in the GTD, GS, and ST classes.
- The Ultimate Street Car Association OUSCI qualifying event, at Pikes Peak International Raceway, in Fountain, Colorado. Our friends from Pikes Peak Racing will be staffing the Forgeline exhibit on our behalf. Find them at the Forgeline display, in the Lingenfelter exhibit rig.
We're looking forward to another fun weekend of cars, competition, and the chance to share our passion for wheels. So if you'll be anywhere near these four venues this weekend, then please come see us, say hello, and take a closer look at the wheels that we'll have on display at each of these events!

We are extremely proud to report that three of the five finalists for the coveted 2015 Optima Batteries Street Machine of the Year title (awarded at the Goodguys 18th Annual PPG Nationals, in Columbus, Ohio) were rolling on Forgeline wheels!
The finalists included Mary & Clayton Graham's "T-Rex" Camaro by G3 Rods (on Forgeline SP3P wheels), Joel Shook's 1965 Mustang by Roadster Shop (on Forgeline VX3C wheels), and the 2015 Street Machine of the Year winner: Sonny and Debbie Freeman's 1967 Corvette by Mike Goldman Customs (on Forgeline MS3C wheels).
All of these projects represent an elite level of build quality and attention-to-detail worthy of recognition by the judging panel, and we're very grateful that Forgeline is a small part of their success!

At rounds 11 and 12 of the Pirelli World Challenge Championships at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Rehagen Racing's Dean Martin continued his excellent season with a pair of podium finishes in his #50 GTS class Ford Mustang Boss 302 on Forgeline one piece forged monoblock GS1R wheels.
After a somewhat disappointing qualifying session, Dean started Friday's round 11 race in 7th position, but used the opening laps to quickly move into 4th. After a long battle with the #38 Kia Optima, driven by Mark Wilkins, Dean briefly moved into 3rd place. But his 3rd place position didn't last long, as the #07 Aston Martin Vantage, piloted by Kris Wilson, managed to get around and push Dean back into 4th. But as is often the case with the exciting and unpredictable close racing of the Pirelli World Championship racing series, Wilson's Aston Martin tangled with the #20 Camaro, driven by Andy Lee, in the battle for 2nd place, and knocked both cars off course. Dean quickly jumped on the opportunity and moved his #50 Ford Mustang Boss 302 into the 2nd place position, where he remained to the finish.
Dean's fastest lap on Friday earned him a front row starting position for the round 12 race on Saturday, just ahead of Jack Baldwin's #73 Porsche Cayman. Dean enjoyed his 2nd place spot for awhile, but couldn't hold off Baldwin's voracious Cayman forever, and eventually yielded the position. With little drama, Dean held on to his 3rd place position to the checker and claimed his second trip to the podium for the weekend!
